Oh, my goodness, cute!
This dresser from Vogue Living is amazing. Not only does it have a bird print, cool helmets and antique wood, but the drawers feature photos of each family member. What a great way to organize your knick-knacks!
Sorry my blog has been kind of quiet lately. I have big news, but I have to bite my tongue for a week or two.
Psst, I added more to my eBay shop, like those cute six heart tupperware tumblers and a brand new 1950's retro bathing suit. Go here, if you'd like. Thank you! xo
If Elisabeth Dunker were my mom, all I would do is sleep. Her children's beds are amazing. Look at that fabric!

Dear readers, I'm excited to announce that I'm selling a few clothes and home items on eBay here. You'll find these green candles, brown heels and vintage camera poster there, among other treats. Feel free to bid if you'd like. Thank you!
What a pretty dress on Ms. Zooey!
How gorgeous are these crochet flowers? I would love to fill my house with them.
Look at this little cutie from A Rare Breed, the awesome Brooklyn-based photo series all about redheads. She's my favorite yet.

Nine vintage purses -- all for $75.
White pleated skirt. Cue cheerleader fantasy.
A vintage gold bird soap dish. Chirpy cuteness.
A lot.
Remember this little canary? Today, Luke Stephenson has another bird print for sale on 20x200.
These paintings of the sea and sky are just lovely. Find them in this house on The Selby.

One thing I am finding really inspiring is the new home tour blog by photographer Todd Selby. He just started but he's already blowing up! His photos would make an amazing book.
I'm swamped with work, so posting will be spotty this week. I'm also feeling kind of uninspired and perhaps need to spend a few days riding my bike and taking it all in. I love you, my dolls!

My clothes are always kind of wrinkled because I hate ironing. But maybe I would iron more if I had this.
In an effort to stop and smell the roses, I've started a new thing: Every Wednesday, I go to Cafe Cluny, a restaurant near me, to eat breakfast and read the New York Times dining section. Sometimes I invite some lovely people. Last week, I was lucky enough to have breakfast with little Jackson and his mama....
...and the week before, I dined with baby Stella and her mama. Thank you for joining me, little dudes! I like eating scrambled eggs with you and letting you play with my cell phone and glasses.

Here's the best of the blogs this week...xoxo

Awesome. (From Filthy Luker, via BBlinks)
I'm loving the new trend of clear glasses. (Even J. Crew has them.) Less enthused, Alexei told me his mom wore in the 80's, but isn't that kind of the point?

Speaking of water, I adore Asako Narahashi's series half awake and half asleep in the water. The brave photographer floats chest deep in the ocean near Japanese coastal towns and holds her waterproof camera half-submerged. By watching the waves without using the viewfinder, she times her pictures according to the swells of the ocean.
I have long been in love with the Utter Inn, a cherry-red hotel sitting smack in the middle of a Swedish lake. As you fall asleep, you can watch the fishies in the underwater bedroom; when you wake up, you can swim or row an inflatable canoe into town!
Well, now I'll be adding this floating house (in the Midwest, no less!) to my daydreams, too. See more photos here. Awesome.
Bangs, a sundress, mini gladiators. Sacrebleu.
This poster is hilarious.
My new friend Kate Hutchinson always sees this kid riding his Big Wheel around their neighborhood. A few weeks ago, he was dressed in a suit, so she figured that he must have just gotten home from a formal event. But when she chatted with his grandfather, she discovered that he had come home from school and decided to dress like Mr. Bean for the rest of the day! What an awesome little dude!
Mixed patterns make a bed look so casual, happy and enticing.

Just 'cause.
